A eartquake hit China, while some people i know in Nanning report no damage a few were evacuated from their high rise. My heart goes out to the familes of the school children. For more info:

My wife Wu Ming said that she felt the tremors but apparently that is a normal thing in Nanning.No damage to our apartments.We live on the 2nd floor in Nannin.Her parents also live on the 2nd floor and they are both ok.Our apartment in Da Hua is on the 8th floor and I wonder if that building shook.I would have thought so.
On our complex in Nanning all the people were talking and shouting outside tonight so not much sleep for Wu Ming.
I hope the toll for the dead and injured in Sichaun Province is not too high and pray for the people of that Province.
